The training initiative covers Individual Training Permits (PIF), allowing workers to carry out officially recognized training actions at no cost to the company.
Companies have an annual credit to finance the training of their employees, calculated based on the professional training contribution submitted the previous year. This model is controlled by the State Foundation for Employment Training, regulated by Law 30/2015 and Royal Decree 694/2017.
This credit is accumulative for companies with fewer than 50 employees, provided it is requested in the first half of the year; otherwise, it is lost. Eligible beneficiaries are all Spanish companies that contribute to professional training.
